CANCELATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Should you fail to do so, 50% of the canceled service must be paid for prior to booking another appointment. No-shows will result in 100% of the service be paid prior to booking another appointment. Should you be late, please text or call, so that we are able to accommodate to completing however much of your service as possible, Every guest is rightful to their time booked in its entirety.
COVID-19 POLICY
Mask Requirements/Cleanliness
Both the guest as well as myself are required to wear a mask for the duration of the service. My Salon Suite takes great care in providing a clean and safe environment for all their tenants as well as their guests, and must be worn in the common areas (lobby, hallways, and restrooms), for it can effect everyone's individual business. This requirement is non-negotiable.
Should you not have one, a mask will be provided for you and a fee ($2) will be added to your service. Thank you for your cooperation.
As your stylist, I will dedicate myself to disinfect and clean my station and tools after every guest to ensure the cleanest environment to my capabilities,
